FOODBANK

The First Armenian Evangelical church of Montreal started Du Coeur au Ventre in 2015 as a response to the needs of the Armenian Syrian and Syrian refugees of Montreal. Our goal has been, and continues to be, to meet the physical needs of people, and share Gods love through connection and community.

Every month, about 200-250 families are served by our food bank. We also use this time to create connections with people. We learn about their lives, while others ask us for prayer or counseling. Every month we continue to see God’s faithfulness in providing volunteers, food supplies, strength, and love.

The organizational team for Du Coeur au Ventre are: Pastor Georges and Priscille Dabbo, Arpy Shnorhokian, Henry Dabbo, Liza Albarian, Debora Dabbo and Adriane Bakmazjian.
